Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the staff is super kind, available and nice. Everything is just perfect. Thanks to Tsira and Betul for their amazing customer service. Also, we were supposed to go to cappadocia and go somewhere else, but we felt so good that we are going back for 4 more nights. Absolutely beautiful.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Stayed in the Executive Room with Bosphorus views. The use of the complimentary executive benefits in the lounge was a nice touch. Was given a late checkout of 2pm which again was very helpful given our evening flight. Whilst the hotel has ongoing renovations this did not impact our stay. Great swimming pool with ample loungers. Short taxi ride to all tourist hotspots.

Definitely the staff was the best part amongst everything else. Mujdat, the journey ambassador, was phenomenal. He was such a friendly welcome to the hotel. He was very welcoming and made our stay very wonderful. He always checked in with us to make sure everything was good and upon checkout he was very accommodating. He let us keep our luggage in storage and had us wait in the lounge that had a sea view and was nice and quiet. He also gave us complimentary drinks that he didn’t have to do but he went that extra mile to make this stay even more memorable. Mujdat is definitely one of the best hotel staff we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Another gentleman was very friendly every morning during breakfast but we didn’t get his name. He’d always ask about our morning and made sure we had a great breakfast. He was very kind and friendly. All the doormen were exceptional always getting the door for us and were helpful with our luggage. Doormen Mehmet and Efe were great and extremely helpful. Mehmet and Efe were very friendly. Arif was very also very helpful with our luggage. The entire staff was so wonderful at this hotel. Never have we ever experienced such wonderful staff. They definitely stand out and are what make this Hilton worth remembering!

I have never been so impressed by the service in a hotel before! The staff at Hilton Bosphorus were incredibly friendly and made me feel truly comfortable – like a king. I am very happy and grateful that I chose this hotel for my trip. Special thanks to Ergin, the restaurant manager, and Mujdat, the journey ambassador – they were absolutely the best and made my stay unforgettable. I have stayed in several 5-star hotels before, but this one feels like a 6-, 7- or even 10-star experience. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was excellent, very clean, and the restaurant manager was extremely kind and attentive. Every request we had was handled quickly and with great care. I am really glad about my choice and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

Wow, just wow! My wife and I stayed for four nights in an Executive Room to celebrate our honeymoon, and we were absolutely delighted by the experience. The hotel team surprised us with a beautifully prepared room, along with a cake, chocolates, and a lovely complimentary drink to celebrate our special occasion — such a thoughtful gesture! From the Guest Services Manager to every single staff member — including those at the gate, security, reception, executive lounge staff, and restaurant — the service was simply outstanding. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, polite, and eager to make our stay perfect. The room itself was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus and a balcony that added even more charm and elegance to the experience. Overall, thank you so much, Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, for making our stay truly memorable.
