Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

I recently stayed at the Hilton Bosphorus with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was fantastic — beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and excellent service throughout our stay. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Erdinc Yilmaz, Food and Beverage Supervisor, for his exceptional hospitality. His warm welcomes during breakfast each morning made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Mr. Yilmaz, for making our time at Hilton Bosphorus so memorable. I look forward to returning!

I recently booked a stay at Hilton Bosphorus for my family, and their experience was absolutely wonderful. From the start, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. They even accommodated our request for early check in, which made a huge difference after a long journey. To make things even better, they upgraded our reservation free of charge, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. My family was highly impressed with the hotel’s excellent service, elegant atmosphere, and well maintained facilities. They especially enjoyed the delicious and complete breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and high quality options for every taste. The hotel’s prime location, breathtaking Bosphorus views, and luxurious amenities made their stay even more enjoyable. The staff was always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality my family received. We like this hotel and we are returning guests here. We miss that classical style room we used to be in. This room was brand new after renovation and fresh and nice but we prefer that old style. This room feels smaller, furnitures are designed but not practical and some of things missing. Breakfast is good as always before.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, which was definitely a highlight. The food was good, though I’ve had more impressive dishes at other hotels. However, there were a few downsides. Despite booking as a family, there was no bed provided for my child, which was inconvenient. The room also felt a bit small, and for the price, I expected more space and better family accommodations. In general, I found the stay to be quite expensive for what was offered.

The staff at Hilton Bosphorus was friendly and patient, especially to our 2 small children. Their staff is what sets them apart from the rest. We enjoyed our stay with them as they made sure that everything was comfortable for us. We would like to especially extend our gratitude to the teams at the reception (Tsira and Mujdat) , the restaurants (breakfast buffet and Dragon) and the health club (Alice was terrific with hammam). Again, our sincere thanks to the team!
